Engage in different cultural activities

Assist in the preparation of the traditional meals like matooke (plantain bananas), “eshabwe”, “obushera” (the local beverage), “akaro” (millet bread), ghee making and share a meal after. You will also see how all the things from cows are used here from hide to meat. You may also witness and participate in the Banana beer or juice preparation as you squeeze the juice out of the bananas with your feet. During dinner time, you will be entertained by the traditional dancers and singers as you are warmed by the camp fire.
Very early in the morning before dawn, wake up and take part in milking the cows so as to collect some milk to enjoy for breakfast. You may go for bird watching on a nature walk.
